Shipping & Returns

As a Customer it is your responsibility to be familiar with the Conditions and Terms of sale. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these conditions and terms.  Please read before ordering.

Shipping / Methods:  In General, delivery times ranges from 7-21 business days depending on the item and availability.  If an item is back-ordered the shipping delay will be longer.  Our goal is to get you the best shipping prices whenever possible.   We use USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Fed Ex.  We will always work to get you the best shipping rates available.   Many of our items can ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority which will give you lower shipping rates when the invoice is processed.  Just know that the folks here at The Badgers Den will always try to find you the best rate.   NOTE: Custom Contact Lens orders have different shipping terms.  Please see the Contact Lens FAQ for more information.

International Orders: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

We offer Fed Ex and USPS Shipping.  If you MUST have the shipping method you chose please tell us in the notes section of your checkout process.  Otherwise we reserve the right to change carriers if the packaging or shipping weight warrants it.  Also, please be aware that the S&H calculated during checkout is an estimate only. The actual shipping costs may vary, though in general the USPS and FedEx database is fairly accurate.  

General Return Policy*:   The Badgers Den LLC offers a 100% customer satisfaction policy.  If for any reason an item is unsatisfactory, the full sales price, minus S&H will be refunded once the product is returned unused and unmodified and in a re-sellable condition within 14 days of receipt,  unless other  arrangements have been negotiated.  

If an item is listed as having free S&H and is being returned for something other than defect or other responsibility on the part of the seller, the S&H costs paid by the seller will be deducted from your refund. You must fill out a Return Authorization Form to return an item.  No exceptions will be made on this requirement. 

If an item is lost or received and damaged due to shipment, please email us immediately  so that an insurance claim may be filed as soon as possible.

Balms and Natural Healing Special Return & Exchange Policy:  We want you completely satisfied with these great products and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarentee even on opened containers.  Contact us with any questions.

Contact Lens Special Return & Exchange Policy:   Only unopened stock lenses may be exchanged or refunded.  We DO NOT offer refunds for custom lenses.  Custom lenses are individually hand painted to high quality specifications.

Clothing / Costume Special Return & Exchange Policy:   All clothing orders have 5 days from the receipt of the item to report any problems with your garment.  You then have the option to return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by emailing us for authorization, and must be accompanied by a copy of the customer's invoice, an email address and/or day time phone number. Shipping costs are not refundable.  

Use care when opening the package and trying on the costume. Costumes returned must be in exactly the same condition as received (i.e. absolutely clean and folded neatly in bag with all original packaging intact.) As we sell only new, unused merchandise, the next person ordering will want to receive it in the same new condition as you did.  WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WIGS. Once opened, wigs cannot be sold as new

Please remember, you can’t buy an outfit with the intent of wearing it for an event and then ask for a refund.   As such, please note the following guidelines for returning clothing:

ALL CLOTHING ITEMS RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE **UNLESS** OTHERWISE NEGOTIATED WITH THE SELLER.

post-marked Jan 1 - Oct 14th will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
post-marked Oct 15th - Oct 22nd will be charged a 30% Restocking Fee.
post-marked October 23rd - Oct 29th will be charged a 50% Restocking Fee.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED on items post-marked from Oct 30th - November 2nd.
post-marked Nov 3rd and Dec 31st will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
